Mailing List / Subscriptions
Although the website is expected to be the main hub for all community-related information, some circumstances warrant a push of critical information. When this occurs, the HOA board sends an email to all people that subscribe to our mailing list. Press the "Sign up for Email Updates" button on the right side of this page to sign up.
Newsletter / The Whisper
The "Whisper" is the Whispering Woods newsletter and contains articles to keep our residents informed about the community. It is distributed to the community by faithful resident volunteers who provide door to door delivery to each home.

Board Meetings (Monthly)
Board meetings are held once a month in the Broadneck Branch Library meeting Room, 1275 Green Holly Drive, Annapolis, MD 21409 from 6:30 to 8:30. All residents are encouraged to attend.
Annual Meeting
The WWCA Annual Meeting is a meeting of the members (members are the residents of Whispering Woods) and is held in April at the Broadneck Library from 6:30p-8:30p. The meeting date varies but residents are notified in advance through the annual assessments mailing, the community website, and the Whisper newsletter.

Architectural Rules and Regulations
If you are considering making updates to your home, please check out the Architectural Rules and Regulations Document to ensure you are conforming to community guidelines.
Parking
The Whispering Woods Community Association Covenants and Rules and Regulations were created to maintain the community, protect the health, safety, and comfort of residents, as well as maintain the property values of all homes. View the Parking Policy.
